Refund policy

We hope that you love out product as much as we do. But we are aware there may be instances where this is not the case, and want to make your experience with us satisfactory. Products must be returned with 30 business days of order arrival date. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the product is returned. Your refund will be applied to your original form of payment. All shipping and handling charges are non refundable, and you the customer are responsible for all return shipping fees. Gift cards and samples are non-refundable. Only items purchased for truerootsbeauty.com will be refunded.

Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your packages and products immediately upon arrival. If damage has occurred or wrong items received, please contact us at  truerootsbeautyllc@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours. Please leave your name and contact information along with a summary of your issue.
